Randy Stay is the master of his craft. His workmanship is commendable. I hired Randy last July to remodel my one and only bathroom. I had this bathroom remodeled with the rest of the house in 2004. The people who remodeled it at that time did not know what they were doing. They built the tub frame too low on one side and too high on the other so water leaked through between the wall and tub for years. I put off having it renovated because I was so annoyed at how the 2004 guys didn’t know what they were doing. I was also worried that I might hire another person and have this happen all over again.
Finally, my bathroom got so bad that there was no avoiding remodeling. I decided to go with Randy at Bathroom Innovations of St. Augustine because he seemed the most skilled out of everyone in town, and that’s who I wanted for the job. I didn’t want to hire someone again who gave me a good price but who really didn’t know what they were doing.
Randy was amazing. He is diligent at getting things right and doing things the right way. He was so careful at lining up the edges so it would line up perfectly. Every single day he completely cleaned up after they were done that day. When he finished, my bathroom looked so beautiful that it didn’t seem like it was attached to my house...lol. Recently, almost a year later, I called on him to tweak a few things and he made my bathroom even prettier than before. I appreciate his hard work and dedication and am so glad I decided to go with his acrylic based product instead of traditional tile and grout. My bathroom now looks beautiful all the time!
